Dobr\u00e9 ale je, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o komplexn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee nejen zv\u00fd\u0161it objem plic, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 se pozitivn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem podepsat i na svalstvu nejen doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, ale t\u0159eba i st\u0159edu t\u011bla, na kter\u00fd se \u010dasto zapom\u00edn\u00e1 i u profesion\u00e1ln\u00edch cvi\u010denc\u016f.Stejn\u011b jako p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 jin\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed aktivit\u011b, je pot\u0159eba si i b\u011bhem sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed na trampol\u00edn\u011b d\u00e1vat pozor. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sob u d\u011bt\u00ed.
